The bed felt uncomfortable. definitely not the cloud-like softness you expect from Hilton. Had a rough sleep because of noise from young kids running down the hall. Housekeeping entered my room without knocking early in the morning, which was quite jarring. The pool area looked nice, but the water had a film on it, which made me hesitant to swim. I appreciated the outdoor seating and the proximity to shops and restaurants in Alpharetta. that was a big plus. Also loved the complimentary coffee in the lobby in the mornings. Breakfast options were limited, and I ended up paying extra for yogurt, which felt unnecessary. Despite these hiccups, the willingness of the staff to help really stood out. Just wish the rooms were soundproofed better.
